Jackie Kettman-Thomas
Parent and Attorney-at-Law
A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, with a focus
in education advocacy for individuals with disabilities and estate planning,
Jackie is passionate about helping families achieve their goals. She
knows the law and will take the time to explain it to clients. For Jackie,
it’simportant that clients thoroughly understand their options and the
effects of the decisions they make.
Jackie has real world experience working with bureaucracies in local
government and translating legal jargon into English. She established
her firm in 2007 to provide a resource for education advocacy for disabled
students. Jackie added estate planning in 2008, taking over for Susan
Kirkpatrick, of the Kirkpatrick Law Group, and building a stellar staff group.
Futurity Legal Services prides itself on helping families prepare for the
